Shipping (US Only)
Vellie currently ships within the United States. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150.
We process and ship orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders arrive within 1-7 business days with our carrier, USPS or UPS. Additional expedited shipping options are available at check-out.
Vellie is not responsible for any carrier delays or lost packages once they are in transit. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues, but we cannot make any guarantees.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are interested in purchasing Vellie products and are located outside of the U.S., please reach out to us at info@vellie.co. We may be able to explore additional shipping options based on demand.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

Returns & Refunds
Vellie accepts returns of unopened, unused and unworn products within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and otherwise in perfect resellable condition. Full priced merchandise can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale, discount codes or special promotion items can only be returned for store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchanges or store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
If order value falls below the free shipping minimum of $150, we reserve the right to adjust the refund of original shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. To request a return, please email us at info@vellie.co. Once your return is approved, you will receive a trackable shipping label. Repack the item(s) you would like to return in the original packaging and attach the label outside of the parcel.
Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Once a return has been issued, a credit will be applied to your payment method within 10-14 days. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card and can be used to shop online at www.vellie.co. Customers will receive an email containing the gift card code which can be entered upon checkout for future Vellie purchases.
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, email us immediately at info@vellie.co with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will assist you.
